Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or computers domain names used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.), information about the geolocation of the request such as IP address of the connection point of the provider.
Such information is not collected with the aim of identifying the interested parties, but for their nature could, through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties, allow the identification of the users.

The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s contact information, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.
The sending of messages does not involve the automatic subscription to mailing lists for promotional or commercial purposes.

The data entered in the form (name, surname, email) will be kept by the Controller for a period not exceeding the time necessary to respond to the data subject and, for the duration of a possible commercial relationship and then for the time necessary to fulfil the archiving obligations of Chic SRL in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The boxes which have the sign “*” next to them have to be filled in order to complete the request.
Filling in the form does not imply the automatic subscription to mailing lists for promotional or commercial purposes.
