TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Through the form in the section “Work with us” you can apply for jobs open at our company. The processing of data is in this case necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures and is aimed at the evaluation of its curriculum. The provision of data is considered necessary in this case because failure to provide them would make it impossible to evaluate your application.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to evaluate the application.


Cookies and other tracking systems

No profiling is carried out and the collected data are not subject to automated decision-making processes.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS AND RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning them or to oppose the processing (art. 15 and ss. of the Regulation).

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority (for example the Guarantor for the protection of personal data), as provided by art. 77 of the same Regulation, or to appeal to the appropriate courts (art. 79 of the Regulation).
